The progress：

We received this inquiry dated on 21st, Aug.2015, it has detailed crane wheel drawing and specification requirement, after provided our price list, we have communicated some questions about the crane wheels and shaft by several emails. After 4 months email communication and phone communication, the customer approved our price and professional. He send us the Purchase Order for 8sets crane wheel sets(including crane wheel and wheel shaft), also he has prepared to visit our factory to talk about the crane wheel issues and agent questions. So he want to see our facilities firstly.

We solved the crane wheel order issues, such as wheel surface finish and wheel shaft surface finish, oil injection channel place, delivery time etc. Also the customer is interested in hook blocks, he ordered a closed hook blocks from us.

The customer want to be our exclusive agent in Sweden, they want to be our partner and find projects with both new cranes, spares and winches we gave our comments about this questions. the customer promises to send us some crane inquiry he has in hand. All the crane products required are totally European Type, like wheel bearing, hook bearing etc.

2 sets crane wheels are packed into plywood crate box. The wheel and wheel shaft we well assembled before packing. All the crane wheel sets are packed into 4 package.

We have finished the production for crane wheel before Spring Festival and send pictures to customer for reference. Because of the Spring Festival, we are not able to delivery the crane wheels to Qingdao port.

When we come back from holiday, we delivery the crane wheel and hook blocks to Qingdao port. About through 42 shipping time, the wheel arrive at the customer site.
